Affiliate Program Terms
These Affiliate Program Terms form an agreement between Sticker Doctor LLC ("Sticker Doctor," "we," or "us") and the person or business participating in the Sticker Doctor Affiliate Program ("you"). By accepting these terms in your creator dashboard or using an affiliate link or code, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and approval
The program is invite-only during its pilot. We may approve, reject, suspend, or close an affiliate account at our discretion, including for brand-safety, fraud, legal, or operational reasons. You must provide accurate contact and payout information and keep it current.
2. Commission
- You earn 25% of eligible revenue from each referred customer's first six successful monthly subscription payments.
- For annual subscriptions, you earn 25% of the first successful annual payment only. Annual renewals are not commissionable.
- Eligible revenue means subscription revenue actually collected by Sticker Doctor after discounts and excluding taxes, refunds, disputes, credits, one-time items, and credit packs.
- Proration-only invoices do not create an additional commission. The next regular billing-cycle invoice reflects the customer's current plan.
We may offer different rates or performance incentives in a written addendum. Changes apply prospectively unless we say otherwise.
3. Attribution
A valid referral link creates a 60-day first-party attribution record. The latest valid link may replace an earlier link before signup. A valid creator code overrides link attribution before the customer's first successful payment. Attribution locks after that payment and cannot be moved. Only new Sticker Doctor customers qualify; existing or previously paid customers do not.
4. Holds, reversals, and payouts
New commission is held for 30 days. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, failed payments, fraud, duplicate transactions, or policy violations may void or reverse commission. If a reversal occurs after payment, it becomes a negative balance against future commission.
Payable balances of at least $20 are eligible for the monthly payout cycle. Smaller balances roll forward. Payouts are sent manually using the method shown in your dashboard. You are responsible for providing correct payout details and any tax documentation we reasonably request. You are responsible for your own taxes.
5. Required disclosure
Your content must reflect your honest experience and must not make claims Sticker Doctor has not authorized. You may use approved product facts, screenshots, and program assets, but you may not imply that you are Sticker Doctor or that Sticker Doctor controls your independent opinions.
6. Prohibited promotion
You may not:
- refer yourself, your own business, or a purchase made primarily for your benefit;
- use spam, purchased lists, unsolicited bulk messages, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, adware, or misleading buttons;
- bid on Sticker Doctor trademarks, misspellings, or branded search terms without written permission;
- publish fake reviews, fabricated results, false scarcity, unauthorized discounts, or inaccurate pricing;
- place links on illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or deceptive content;
- sub-affiliate, broker, transfer, or sell your link or account without written permission;
- interfere with attribution, attempt to claim existing customers, or create duplicate accounts to manufacture commission.
7. Brand and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use approved Sticker Doctor names and assets solely to promote the service while you are active in the program. Do not alter logos, register confusing domains or social handles, or present yourself as an employee, agent, or official support channel.
8. Independent relationship
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, representative, joint venturer, or agent of Sticker Doctor. You cannot make commitments on our behalf. You control when, where, and how you create content, subject to these terms and applicable law.
9. Records and review
Our server-side affiliate ledger controls commission calculations. You may report a suspected discrepancy within 60 days of the relevant entry. We may review traffic and referral patterns, request supporting information, and hold suspicious commission while we investigate.
10. Termination
Either party may end participation at any time. After termination, stop using affiliate links and restricted brand assets. Valid, non-fraudulent commission earned before termination remains subject to holds, reversals, minimums, and these terms. Serious violations may void unpaid commission where permitted by law.
11. Service terms and liability
The Sticker Doctor Terms of Service, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, and dispute provisions, also apply where relevant. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sticker Doctor is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages relating to the affiliate program.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be shown through the program or sent to your registered email, and continued participation may require accepting a new version. Questions can be sent to rick@sticker.doctor.
