Refund & Cancellation Policy
We keep this simple and fair. You can try Sticker Doctor free before you ever pay, you can cancel any time in a couple of clicks, and if a paid plan isn't right for you, there's a money-back window. Here's exactly how it works.
Try it free first
Every account starts with free downloads each month — no card required. That's your chance to run your own artwork through the tool, export real files, and open them in your RIP before you decide to subscribe. Because you can evaluate the full workflow for free, our paid plans are billed as described below.
Cancel any time
You can cancel your subscription whenever you like, from your billing settings inside the app (the "Manage billing" button) or by emailing rick@sticker.doctor. When you cancel:
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for — you keep your downloads until then.
- You won't be charged again.
- At the end of the period, your account simply drops back to the free tier. Nothing is deleted.
Money-back guarantee on your first payment
Renewals and later charges
After the first-payment guarantee window, subscription charges — including automatic monthly and annual renewals — are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel at any time to prevent the next charge and can always fall back to the free tier. We'll always send billing through Stripe so you have a clear record of every charge.
When we'll always make it right
Regardless of the above, we'll refund you promptly in cases like:
- a duplicate or accidental charge;
- a clear billing error on our side;
- being charged after you cancelled;
- anywhere a refund is required by applicable law or consumer-protection rules.
Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings. Changes and any proration are handled by Stripe and take effect according to your billing cycle. Downgrading keeps your access at the current tier until the period ends, then applies the new plan.
How to request a refund
Email rick@sticker.doctor from the address on your account and tell us what happened. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe; depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.

If something looks wrong with a charge, email us first — we can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute, and we genuinely want you to have a good experience.
